An introduction to core concepts, which includes brief reviews of each enzyme system, brings the reader up to speed on how to think about DDIs and begin to grapple with what might seem like an imposing subject. Info on over 100 commonly used drugs is beautifully laid out on one page per drug, and all you would ever want to know is there: how the drug works, what it's used for, the side effects, clinically important notes and much more. In these patients the feeding tube is often the only means of enteral access and increasingly is being used as a route for drug administration. However, their use for the administration of drugs may induce formula intolerance, or result in less than optimal drug absorption. Sebagai apoteker mungkin saya satu-satunya diantara sekian banyak teman di kampus waktu itu yang tidak punya pharmacope alias "kitab suci farmasi". Kalau gak salah saya pharmacope yang asli waktu saya kuliah sekitar 350rb. Tapi seumur umur cuma 1x saya lihat kawan pegang yang asli, selebihnya copian semua ada yang separuh HVS ada yang full HVS besarnya. Kalo tebalnya saya rasa teman-teman da tau semua, ya cukuplah dosisnya untuk membuat anjing dan kucing mati kalo dilempar (he...he..)
